Account Types
Children’s Health provides 3 kinds of MyChart accounts:
Proxy Account (for parents and legal guardians)
Minor Account (for patients age 14-17)
Adult Patient Account (for patients age 18+)
Note that children under the age of 14 cannot have their own accounts.
To protect the child’s health information, our Health Information Management Department must verify a parent or legal guardian’s identity before giving full proxy access. This may take up to 3 business days.
Until then, you can log in to the Children’s Health Patient Portal to view your child’s upcoming appointments, complete PreCheck-in tasks, or review COVID-19 and RSV lab results from an emergency room visit. These can be accessed from your child’s health record.
